TSF Continue Their Expansion With Additional Quality Assessor For Growing Team

People putting their hands into a circle to symbolise teamwork

Continuing to expand their team, TSF is pleased to announce the appointment of their newest member.

Joining in the role of Quality Monitoring Officer, Neil Watkinson is set to bring with him an extensive range of experience to the position.

Coming from a qualified social work background, Neil has continued to build his understanding of the social care sector, driven by a passion for social justice and self-determination.

This led him to be appointed in numerous specialized roles, with his interest in cognition, capacity and impairments truly developing during his time working within Acute and Community Hospital settings.

Keen to expand his awareness, Neil then moved onto working in a range of care environments including Adult Services, Learning Disabilities and Children Services. This enabled him to build his awareness of the most common challenges the sector is faced with, and in turn, practically apply that knowledge to the case at hand.

As well as developing his own knowledge, Neil is eager to pass on his experience and skills to the next generation, having already taken two students through their assessed year in practice. His passion for supporting others and encouraging their specialised interest in the sector is rooted in how he feels it will evolve, namely in line with developing legislation.

Further demonstrating his ongoing enthusiasm to develop his knowledge and strive for progression, Neil seized the opportunity to work for TSF and further hone his skills in an area of natural interest.

Expressing his enthusiasm for his new role, Neil said:  ‘This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive and market leading company where I can expand my natural interests in mental capacity and social justice. TSF’s values are in line with my own when it comes to ensuring a professional, individualist and supportive approach is taken to the work undertaken with clients.’
